Michael is among the children who have spent the longest time on the waiting list. He has a positive attitude towards adoption, although Michael feels that in view of his age, his chances of being "chosen" are getting smaller with each year and he does not dare dream of this, so as not to be disappointed if it does not happen.
Please join us in prayer for Michaels desire for a family!
Dear Father, I thank You that Michael has not given up hope. Though his expectations may not be very high his choosing to still pursue adoption says a lot. Father, may you meet him now in this place of waiting, may You touch his heart with Your deep love for him. Let him know that he is seen and heard. Father, we cry out on his behalf that You would move the mountains for him and bring forth a forever family who will be willing and eager to bring him home. A family who will be excited to have him as a part of their family. Put in their hearts the vision and urgency to bring Michael home. Please do exceedingly above and beyond anything Michael could have ever thought and his future family could have ever thought. Please bring them together quickly. In Jesus Christ' name, amen.
